All workout programs are functional and practical. Meaning you will be building muscle and strength in a way that you can use in every day life.
Rather than just doing a few ‘bicep curls’ you will be doing exercises that engage multiple muscles at once and actually improve your ability to perform in every day life.
You will be working out smart as opposed to hard.
Sure you will still be testing and pushing yourself like any good work out. But you will be doing it in a way that leaves you feeling better not worse.
This means proper breathing, rest between sets and sessions, proper warm ups and cool downs, mobility and stretching work and certain movements and exercises to bring your nervous system back into balance post workout.
There will be no ‘split day’, ‘leg day’, ‘back day’ or other “bro science”. All programs will be whole body programs that train, strengthen and grow all muscle groups in every session.
Leading to far greater muscle, strength and weight results than you will ever achieve from isolated exercises alone.
Along with improving your fitness you will also be learning how to optimize all other areas of your life.
Because health is about so much more than just your fitness. It’s nutrition, sleep, stress, biology, mindset and so much more.
All things that you will be learning to optimize within your one on one program.
All one on one programs involve both training & coaching. Meaning not only will you be getting powerful personalised training programs and sessions.
But you will also be recieving personalised coaching sessions to help you in optimizing the other areas of your health beyond your fitness.

When you first get started on your health & fitness journey it’s important to ensure that you are dedicating as much time and effort as you can to your new health habits.

This is why I advise all clients commit to some form of initial package when first working with me.
After this you can then choose to move onto an ongoing package to ensure you keep up your new health habits.
