THE CLASSES

Wholistic Personal training aims to bring a truly wholistic approach to health & fitness.

Many group exercise classes aim to make people as tired and exhausted as possible. The more wiped out a person is after a workout the better.  

Sure there is nothing wrong with training hard and giving it your all. Everyone loves the endorphin rush that comes from a good workout. 

But you can still train hard yet do it in a way that leaves you feeling energised, empowered and happy.

That’s what happens when you go through a wholistic personal training group class.

You do a workout that is functional, whole body and incorporates effective warm-ups, correct breathing, the right amount of rest and proper cool downs to ensure your nervous system comes back into balance.

Leading to a challenging yet enjoyable workout that will leave you wondering how you ever worked out any other way.

The Why

Hey there my name’s Isaac and I am your trainer and coach.

For almost 10 years now I have studied, worked in and lived health, fitness and wellness. Having completed a bachelors degree in Exercise Science, certifications in personal training and 1000s of hours of self directed study into all aspects of heath and fitness.

Not a day goes by that I am not listening to, studying or talking about health in some way or another. Whether it’s a book, a podcast, a research article or a blog.

 I am always keeping up with the latest information in health, fitness and wellness.

I have also lived through and overcome many of my own health challenges and setbacks. Which have have come to show me that health is about so much more than just fitness.

That health is a truly holistic endevour or ‘wholistic’ as I like to call it. That every part of the body and every aspect of health is connected to the other. That it’s not about just focusing on one area of health (like fitness).  

But rather optimizing and maintaining all areas of your health (as best a possible).  

Allowing you to achieve a far greater level of health than could ever be achieved through exercise alone.

And that’s exactly what I am here to help you do.

So that you can achieve the ideal body, health and energy you have always wanted.
